Some lenders will put that comment if you request a correction or ask them to update your balance. For example, I requested Target to update my balance because I was going to app for something. They did it, but it took 3 weeks and I ended up with a dispute comment. Have you asked them to update anything? The comment really won't affect anything unless there's a manual review. Even then, most lenders won't care.
