Does anyone out there know a good source for California Contractors Bonds. There seems to be no boundries for the underwriters and what they will charge for a Bond. I have high FICO scores but it doesn't matter. The going rate for a Disciplinary Bond is 20% per year. If anyone has some positive information I'd really appreciate it.
