I just paid off an old debt with ATT, but I paid them directly and not CRM. I disputed the collections and it just updated as "Paid". However I wanted it to be deleted off my reports. I called CRM and the rep told me that it would be removed in a few weeks but I don't know what to expect. What should I do?

I'm very interested in this answer as well. I'd love to pay it but I couldn't get a confirmed yes or no about whether it would be deleted. Marked as PAID helps, but I am sure getting it removed helps a ton more. Please let me know it was successfully deleted, and if you're comfortable, do you mind letting me know if you paid the full balance or a partial?

Hello, so I called the collections agency and they did delete the account in a matter of weeks, they also sent me letter confirming. I spoke with a supervisor.
