The last few times I contacted the credit bureaus I was on hold after 5pm; and didn't even get disconnected. Turns out, Experian is open until 10pm now? That's fantastic news for consumers. I called Transunion after hours, too.
I assume Equifax is open late now, as well?
This all must've happened within the last year and a half. But, whether it's due to a regulation, or a court settlement agreement... I'm glad that we can actually have after-hours access to conduct credit file business... whilst we're actually out shopping for credit - after hours.
