Credit Card not reporting limits???

I have 2 Cap One cards. One limit is 2k and one limit is 3k. The card for 3k isn't even showing on ANY of my reports (thank goodness as it is almost maxed). The other reports on time monthly. Anyone have a situation like that??

Cap1 settled in the last couple of years because of this - send them a CMRRR ITS letter for violation of the FCRA for incorrect reporting .

Right. That was supposed to be settled last summer.

They were doing that keeping consumer's FICOs artificially low, thus chasing other potential creditors away.
