Last night I signed up for it to get a $1 3B pull after 2+ years since I last pulled my 3B. Their site couldn't pull my 3B (I have freezes if that's why), but I was still charged $1. Their automated phone system experience seems to have gone downhill since 2016. I selected the option to cancel through the automated phone system, but I didn't get an email confirmation.
I'm receiving emails from CCT saying info has updated but I can't log into my account. It says invalid creds, then when I lock myself out of my account and try to regain access by providing info such as SSN & mom's maiden, it says my account doesn't exist. phone system won't put me through to a human being. I did reset my pw but that changed my experian.com pw, and I can't use those credits either to access my CCT. I do recall that I was having these exact problems in 2016 and that's why I stopped using them and went with FICO 3B Ultimate.
I was just trying to get a $1 3B pull before buying the myFICO product. Can anyone provide guidance?

I have no idea. I'll try calling again but their automated system doesn't allow me to get connected with a live person.

If you can get logged in, then under your account payment settings there is a link you can click to just cancel. You can’t use the same email address on experian.com and credit check total. The sites share a common backend and it can’t keep them in sync.
You can cancel online in about 15 seconds. Super quick and easy.
Thank you all for applying (edit: replying, not applying lol). I've tried setting up an account 3 times in the last 24 hours using the same email address and same credit card. I see two $1 charges on the credit card and assume the third charge will be on my account by the time I wake up later today. I've emailed the email address shared with me here in this post by another member and I also copied the email address support@experiandirect.com showen to me on the error page.
This is frustrating. The call center is closed I will call during business hours and try options 2-1-1 as suggested above. THank you all for helping me with this. This exact experience was why I quit using CCT in 2016.
