I have a problem using my credit card , when im ready to submit for the $1 trial appear this message: Unfortunately, we were unable to verify your credit card information. Please make sure to update your credit card information before proceeding. I try using others browsers but the same.

I got the same error message.  I believe it's because I have EX and EQ frozen.  Curious to see what you find out.

You can't have CCT with frozen reports so I'm not getting it.

I spoke to a CCT rep who stated that consumers have to unfreeze credit files for CCT monitoring. Not something I'm willing to do. Weird because I have another monitoring product that works just fine with frozen reports.
