Credit Check Total

Thanks in advance for any help.  I cannot get Creditcheck total canceled no matter what I do.  Cannot log in- doesn't email new login info when I request it.

The email doesn't work.  I called the number and spoke to Experian and she sent me a new password but of course, it doesn't work.

I have been billed for months now and cannot even log in.  I have read several threads here but still do not know exactly what I can do other than just dispute the charges with my credit card company.  I took a break from here at the end of last year because I bought a new home and got busy.  I guess I REALLY missed out on the whole CCT going away thing. 

Any advise?

They've probably got their wires crossed on your CCT account verses Experian Credit Works.  They may think they're sending you a reset on CCT, but since that product is no longer their focus (Credit Works is) they're probably just accessing CW.  Tell them you want a refund for the charges and they'll be good about issuing them IMO.

help@creditchecktotal.com. That’s what I used every time I canceled when I couldn’t get through on the phone. Worked like a
charm. Make sure you put in subject line “Cancel Membership Number __________ effective today, February 25, 2019. “

Thank you so much for your response.  I tried that email first but it is no longer active.  After sitting on hold for 45 minutes and passed around 4 times, I finally got someone to cancel my CCT.
