Credit Check Total

I have been happy so far going on 14+ months as a member. Until this month...I have noticed how **bleep** slow they are in updating my balances. In the past I would pay a card the statement would cut and within a few days it was updated on my report...Now sometimes a few weeks. Anyone else notice this BS ?

Re: Credit Check Total

I have not noticed the same issues and have been a member for about as long.  The balance I leave for reporting is normally seen on the date the statement cuts.

Re: Credit Check Total

It seems I read a thread here recently where someone complained that myFico was slow to report relative to CCT. I'm not sure what our expectations should be. I get grumpy when itunes waits a day or two to email my receipt for a movie purchase, it seems like it should be instantaneous like so many other onli transactions.

The machinations of Creditor > CRB > aggregator seem complex and subject to all sorts of crossed wires and whatnot. I guess it's something that may take awhile sometimes.

Derogs from 2009 and 2010 now gone after 7 years. I started paying attention to credit scores in about 2014. It's taken a few years but credit scores are now good after starting in the high 500s back in 2011

Re: Credit Check Total

I have never seen an issue with this with CCT.  I only use their $1 trial memberships, but everything is updated within 2 days or so it seems every time I check.  I certainly hope that their trial memberships *gasp* don't outdo their real monthly memberships with respect to updating speed as well as it would just be another knock against their true memberships...
