micmic1 welcome to the forums. Your post is very hard to read & many people will not be able to answer because of this. Break it up.....I see that you have many student loans post those with who they are with along with year of last payment.
This link has the abbrevs that we use and Frequently requested threads. They are full of info.
You need to know your SOL so that you will not get sued
simple SOL
You are dealing with federal law (CRTP) and state law (SOL)
I see some accounts that were CO back in 2000 they should drop from CR this year!
Look at TU and EX for will remain on CR until month/year
Start slow and do it right yes it can be done!!!!!
Freq.request threads will explain DOFD DOLA and SOL They all mean something
Dates are very important!!!!!!!
It gets easier as you go along I promise!!!
All forum members may ask as many questions as needed at all times!!!!!!
Remember you didn't get into this mess overnight & will not be correct fast.......we are all here because we screwed our own credit!!!!!
Cap 1 Bank Not Reported 8/2000 $1,273 Bad debt/collection there should be a CA or many reporting on this........look at CR stating DOFD or look for will remain da da da
Post the other accounts try & match CAs going with them by name or amount owed
Example:
Cap1 CO 8/2000
Palisades (CA) Cap1 This means that they are collecting or bought the cap1 account
Im having trouble following the rest sorry redo them.
Most letters are all on this site that you will need and people will tell you how & when to dispute.
We dispute with the CRAs we send DVs to CAs(debt validations to collection agencies)
It is always wiser not to file a dispute with a CA until after the 30 days that they have to validate!
You do not dispute a OC that gos with that CA either until after the DV
You will catch on fast
Just ask questions and read read read.
