Credit Down due to Dealership NOT PAYING ontime

Hopefully it was an honest mistake then that will be corrected and the negatives fixed.

The one above apparently has been doing it with other major issues over several dealerships. This time they got attention due to the military bases/personal they screwed over and everything is coming to light now. Bonus of living in a major military city. :-D

I wonder, if you get a mortgage, and you get a higher rate because of this, if you can sue them for the difference in total payment over the life of the mortgage.

Dealership will not help with the credit problem. They said OH WELL. 

Trying to undo the deal and now Toyota is hessitant because I guess this isnt the first time they have done this to people. To be Cont......

Just dont go to any of the Bud Clary dealers. This has been a nightmare

How is it possible for this to happen? I have bought and traded many cars. In every case, the bank for the old loan needs a check cut for the payoff in order for them to release the title.

I have boughten several cars too. Never had this happen either. 

There was a major drop the ball on their part. From what Toyota said is that they car got finally paid off May 7. I need to see what I can do to hold them liable for what they have done.
