Credit Increase is different on each report

I was just added as as an Authorizaed user and my credt score changed 23 points on Experian, 24 on TransUnion and 21 on Equifax however on Credit Karma my score increased 43 on TransUnion and 49 on Experian.  My biggest question is how much will this increase on my Score 2 Score 3 and Score 4 the scores that most mortgage lenders look at.  My next update isn't unil 10-10-17.

Re: Credit Increase is different on each report

It's hard to know. Everyone has different factors that affect the variance in scores between models. My last 3B shows differences in FICO 8 compared to mortgage scores of 1 to 33 points depending on burea (EQ score 5, TU score 4, Ex score 2) with all core personal data identical. In all cases, FICO 8 is higher. It's probaby because I have little installment loan activity that would be relevant to assessing mortgage risk.

Look into topics of FICO buckets and scorecards to learn more about factors that can affect the divergence of scores. The VantageScore model is different, so their relative change doesn't necessarily correlate with a FICO change. Public info and my own experience shows VantageScore is more lenient on collections, so depending on your file, VantageScore can be significantly higher or lower than FICO. Add more detail about your file, and some may be able to provide more insight. Collections, auto loans, mortgage, any installment loans, etc.
