Credit Keeper

I recently enrolled in Credit Keeper to do my monthly monitoring...Lost my credit card I had on file w/ them (PNC) and had to call and update...They say they don't do that and that my membership would have to be cancelled and re-enrolled... Has anyone ever heard of such a thing.??  WOW

Re: Credit Keeper

That does not make a lot of sense. What if the card on file expired? I would call back and try a different person on the phone...
