Re: Credit Monitoring...who's the best

you will find that most of us here are using truecredit to monitor our scores daily, and to see the effects of our efforts on our FAKO scores. But, if you are looking for your FICO scores, get them from MyFICO, as they are the only true FICO scores out there.

Re: Credit Monitoring...who's the best

A lot of people on this board use True Credit as you can pull your reports as often as you like and the reports they pull are current. You only get the FAKO score but I your reports are current.

TC is the best daily monitoring program. You can pull all three CR's daily, seeing near ly up to the moment changes to your report

Re: Credit Monitoring...who's the best

I believe it was the government who set-up sometime ago that all or most across the United States could get one free credit report annually from each of the bureaus.  Best advice is to get one every four months so if something happens in between it may show up on the next credit report.  Sort of like your own free credit monitoring service.

Re: Credit Monitoring...who's the best

I use TC as well, but I've noticed that the alerts are delayed. I got an alert about a new account about 2 weeks after the account had been posted to the CRA Smiley Very Happy
