First of all you need to give any discussion forum site more than just a few hours for a reply.  If you need a faster reply then a discussion forum is the wrong tool for the job.

Second, there is a CM Thread you can refer to.  If you want recommendations for a CMS then you need to offer some specifics about what you're looking for.  Otherwise refer to the CMS thread and see if any the listed/discussed options sounds like a good fit.
