Credit One Application

I recently applied for a cc through credit one bank . While I got approved, I was concerned that they had my credit score significantly lower than what it is. I checked all my different fico scores, bankcard, fico 8, fico 3 etc, and they all were significantly higher. They said they pulled from experian, but I even checked with them as well and they don't have a score for me that low. Has anyone else experienced something similiar or know why?

Re: Credit One Application

Don't stress over it. They likely used internal score, or Vantage score.

Hi @Anonymous  what was the score range that used? That will give you an idea.

Re: Credit One Application

They use an internal score.  The scores they disclose w/ application decisions regularly don't match any available FICO or Vantage score for the applicant.  It doesn't really matter if it's low as long as you got the card, esp since one Credit One card is usually all anyone ever needs to get.
