Hi All,
Curious about credit reports and what statistics appear on them. For instance, in reviewing my reports which I do annually, I realized that my current job does not appear on my report. I see it as beneficial to have your employment show on your credit reports as it shows as a strength when you apply. However, I also realize that one could just provide proof of employment at the time of applying for said credit.
Regardless, what is the process for statistics to appear on your reports and why do some reports show certain information and others do not? Is there a way to get stats like employment, credit cards, etc onto your reports?
Cheers!

Employment info isn't really that important.

The data in your reports is reported to the CRA's by your creditors. Not all creditors report to all 3. You cannot force a company to report to a CRA that they do not report to.
Your employment is in the "personal info" section of your reports. Any of this can be changed very easily by filing a dispute online with each CRA.
