I'm sorry this happened to you. You can wait for your report to be mailed, or get a copy of free annual credit report.

In addition, you can view your full EQ report here https://www.equifax.com/personal/credit-report-services/free-credit-reports/

If the accounts are showing up, nothing to worry about CK being CK.

If you cannot see those accounts on EQ website, then problem is most likely a split file. Dont panic, those can get fixed, sometimes with a single call, sometimes multiple calls. Info is not lost, just divided between two separate files. Basically, EQ being EQ with their antiquated equipment and software.

If it's really split file, report back and we can guide you through that process.

I had a mixed file, and they had less trouble fixing that than removing fraud alert

I'm going to move your thread to General Credit where these issues are typically discussed.

Good luck and I hope your files are safe and sound.
