Credit Score Adjustment

I recently did a clean up of my credit report.  There were items that were fradulently put on there through my ex-spouse, old items that were deleted, judgments removed........it was crazy, but I got most of it removed.  My question is........my FICO score hasn't really changed.  What is going on? Can anyone provide additional information on this subject?

The score ranges from 604, 620, 648 in January, and is still, 604, 620 and 648 and it now Sept.

These old items, what were they? How old were the judgments? Do you have any CCs? If yes, what are the CLs and balances on each of them?
