Credit Score and deleted accounts?

I have several old collections that are about to fall off my report due to the SOL. If and when would I expect to see this affect my score?

Won't necessarily fall out due to the SOL depending on what the SOL is in your state.  They will fall off 7 years - 7 1/2 years after the DOFD (date of first delinquincy).

Sometimes you may not see an increase because the accounts are old.  I have some fall off from 7 years ago and my score actually took a dip.

Ok that is exactly what happened. It was removed and then my credit score dropped 2 points. That really doesn't seem fair. X-( SOL = 7 years(plus 180 days)from the date of late delinquency.

I think you are confusing the time they can report with the time they can collect. Yes collectors can only collect certain account for certain periods of time and that does vary by state. But credit reporting is the same across the board (i.e. collections = 7 yrs + 180 days or bankruptcy other than 13 = 10 yrs).
