Credit Unions that don't pull Chexsystems?

Besides NFCU and PSECU, Which credit unions dont pull chexsystems? Also, which non credit union banks are the most generous at offering personal loans ?

Logix seems to be good with personal loans; I don't know about Chex though.

Does Logix allow you to apply for a personal loan without even having an account with them or being a member?! i just went through the application process without even being a member...

I'm not too sure about credit unions, but Armed Forces Bank doesn't use chexsystems. They have a lot options for customers, especially if you have direct deposit set up.
