Credit Utilization

Hi,

I noticed in my most recent credit report that one of the credit limits on my credit card is not being reported so it shows my balance as the limit with 100% utilitzation which looks like it certainly affects my credit score negatively.  How can I fix this?

Which card is it?

Some do not report CL, when this happens FICO uses your high balance.

As you pay your balance down, your util will decrease. The high balance field will remain the same unless you have a higher high balance.

I would suggest you go find out which one it is. Then check and go from there!

It is my citibank AMEX.  I have a balance of $540 and it shows that as my credit limit and thus 100% utlization.  Do credit agencies fix this or the credit card company itself?

Your credit limit is $500? $540? Why is it show exactly 100%?
