Credit card cycle and reporting question.

My BCU and PayPal are supposed to report to CBs on the 27th of each month. Why did they not update and report today??

Maybe because today is the 27th? 

 

It takes time for CRAs to process huge files they receive every night. That's not an instant process. If your lender reports on 27th, that reporting hasn't even happened yet

I could've sworn I always get the updates on the 27th (actual reporting date). I just assumed it's because it's on the weekend.

It should report tonight, then each CRA will update. They don't update at the same time, so there might be several days before it's reflected on all three.

Sometimes they can report a few days late, sometimes they report on the day but it takes a few days to reflect.
