I had to leave my EX unlocked. Until it updated I think on a Sunday. I’m wondering if I’m gonna have to unlock it again every two weeks on Sunday or if the one time was enough.
Let me get this straight Ex was the only one you had to leave unlocked and Trans and Equifax updated while locked.
How many days did you have to leave Ex unlocked?
(I know it might end up a little trickier because they do state they don't update in real time so it may be unique to the customer. Time will tell)
I believe you stated earlier (too lazy right now to go back and see) Why do we have to reverse engineer stuff? I second that emotion.
Thanks
As far as how long it had to be unlocked, I think it's in 14 day increments from the last update shown since it was locked. It worked out that way for me. I unlocked on 6/19 and it updated on 6/28 which is in line with 14 day increments from last update. Just updated again yesterday.
Actually I assume it's 14 days from the last update date that you saw on Credit.com before you unlocked it. Not from original signed up, like MyFICO. It creates a new cycle like EX and CK if you wait beyond when it's available.
Got an email this morning from credit.com officially inviting me to pay $24.95 for their ExtraCredit product. For those who participated in the beta program, or for those who just signed up:
Thanks in advance!!
Being discussed here:
The gist is monthly updates of all 28 scores, no score or balance change alerts like MyFICO.

Thanks!
So, just chiming in, after I posted this today, if I can sum up the credit.com ExtraCredit product:
Anything else that is different than the other paid services (like myFICO and Experian Premier)?
