Hello all,
So when I used to pull my reports it would always give me the Date of first delinquency and also when the item should drop off my reports. Now when I pull my reports it doesn’t give that information too me. Does anyone have a credit report sites I can use to get this information. I’ve already tried the transition three bureau report and also annual credit report, my FICO and also privacy guard as well none show the information I need.
Request copies thru the mail, they will show this info,
Is there a reported charge-off or collection of record in your credit report, or are there only monthly delinquencies?
Reporting of DOFD is only specifically required by a furnisher if they have reported a charge-off or collection (FCRA 623(a)(5)).
There may be no reported DOFD.
If you have either a charge-off or collection reporting, then FCRA requires the reporting of the DOFD no later than 90 days after reporting of the CO or collection. Thus, while commercial credit reports usually do not provide that information, you can request that the CRA provide any item of information present in your credit file by sending a specific request under the provisions of FCRA 609(a).
Section 609(a) requests, however, are not free. They require payment of the CRA processing fee, which is currently $11.00.
