Credit report on blank credit file?

Hello i currently have credit monitoring on credit karma but credit check total cant seem to pull report. i know i have some inquires on there, will it be able to pull with no lines of credit and just a couple inquires? i want to see all of my reports and not just credit karma numbers.

You need to generate a score.... You need a TL in your name.... Seriously consider a secured card like what was recommended to you in another thread.....
