Credit score way down :( -70 points!!!

I just looked at my credit report and I am sick to my stomach.  It took me a year to get to 680 starting from 550 and now I am at 610.

I noticed I still have 2 collections.  Midland credit management they have been reporting me as key derogatory.  I have DV'd them and reported them to BBB.  They are reporting me late every month and this account was reported back in 2003. 

AFNI is another account that will not reply to my DV's or to BBB.

Also,  I did get a new car loan which could have also helped bring down my score.

Any suggestions on the two collections?

Will my score ever go back up since MCM is reporting me every month now?

They are a real pain in the rear . I actually have 2 accounts with them, Aspire Visa & I think order one is for Credit One bank or HSBC. They sued me for one of them, i'm currently on a pay arrangement with that one, not showing up on my CR's and the other the ASPIRE, they will not do a PFD, Tired to DV didn't get any response for that either.

When did you file complaint with the BBB on Midland?

They will respond, but take the full 30 days or near.

They are a BBB accredited business, if they don't respond, they lose their accredation.

Have you checked to see if your state requires CA to be licensed and/or bonded? If so, are they?

Have you filed complaints with the FTC or AG?

Personally, I'd wait for Midland to respond to the BBB before doing anything further with them.

I have a letter from the BBB stating they received my complaint but nothing further ever happened and this was back in March.
