Re: CreditCheckTotal

I signed up last night, pulled my 3-bureau report and this morning I get an email stating my account has been successfully canceled. I just called to ask why and they said it's still active and don't know why I got the email. While I had them on the phone, I asked if they had any other plans or options that may be cheaper for me after my trial period. The rep said he would check for me, then offered $14.97/mo. for 12 months.

Re: CreditCheckTotal

Is the 3 pulls allowed every month or every 30 days?

Also just cancled and got $15/year offer too. Not the 2 years one.

Rep on the phone said every 30 days in your billing cycle.

My understanding was it was 3 pulls per cycle

Re: CreditCheckTotal

Ok. Can anyone else also confirm that when your trial ends after 7 days, your billing cycle starts after 3 days. Any pull you make from the 7th day to the 10th day counts as the first pull in your next billing cycle.

I joined CCT 6-17-15. I pulled 3B's on 6-17-15, 6-24-15 & 6-29-15. I pulled 1 3B in July on 7-2-15. After that pull on July 2, I had to wait a number of days(I dont remember what it stated at that time, however currently, I still have to wait 10 more days(until the 25th) to get the next 3 free 3B pulls).

Basically, any pull after the initial pull during your trial period, whether it's during the first 7 days, or days 8-10 counts against your next full month, from what I'm seeing.

I joined 7.9. Mine currently says I can do another 3B pull in two days.

I remember seeing the same message when it basically said I had to wait, yet I recall when I actually almost pulled it, it also said the 2nd pull would cost $0. I didn't pull it at that time though.
