When you say charged for the first time, do you mean the "full" monthly charge, or the $1 trial charge?

The only time you should have a problem getting score/report refreshes is during the trial. As far as I can tell, you get 1 3B pull the first time you signup, then you have to wait a few days to start getting Experian monitoring & a few more days to get monitoring on the other bureaus. I don't know if they've changed that though since I signed up over a month ago.

Once the trial is over, your Experian daily scores/monitoring/report pulls are done automatically for you after midnight(or should be, according to what I'm seeing).

Full monthly charge at the reduced rate of $14.97. Yeah, my EX dailies aren't being pulled and I can't manually do it either. It'll only show the EX score and report from the date of when I last pulled the 3-bureau report. The rep on the phone couldn't figure out either with her supervisor on why the option isn't showing for me. I guess it's just me and hopefully the trouble ticket gets fixed.

Re: Credit Check Total

The $1 trial can be applied to infinity it seems. I'm on my 7th trial now. I think they will be offering 25% soon.

Re: Credit Check Total

I just signed up for the free trial about a half hour ago. And now about 5 minutes ago I called in and used the automated system to cancel and was offered the 50% off 5 years.

Re: Credit Check Total

I am in for half price also.

I am assuming when they (someone) comes out with a better product and a better price I can leave this one and go for the new one.

When I was going thru the automated phone system to cancel, I was considering saying no again, thinking it would be like the 'as seen on tv' numbers where they go 'but wait, we'll douible that offer...  but I didnt.

I have the USAA Premium monitoring service where I can get all 3 reports once a day with some version of Advantage scores (but no Fico scores) and they are downgrading the service in August.  I'll just cancel that one completely when they downgrade it.

They told me to wait 48 hrs. Time has passed and it's still not behaving properly. I'll give them another day or so before I reach out to them again since it's the weekend.

Re: CreditCheckTotal

I've had my account for just a few days so still in trial period, but I am also unable to refresh just my EX report. I only have a report from my first day. I assumed this was simply due to the account being new?

Correct, after your trial period, every day you will get the updated EX, and 3x (I suggest every 10 days if you can) all 3 reports. But, this is after your trial.
