I cant sign up for CCT!?! Does anyone know what I can do? When I initially tried to sign up for the account everything went smooth until it reached the section where they ask questions to verify it is you. There were two questions that were tricky because it said what my current car payment is. It had options from 0-299 and 300-400 or something like that. I chose the 300-400 because that is what I pay but now I don't if it should have been 0-299 because my base pay is like 270 or something, and then there was another question that asked me if I had a banking account with the following options, but I only have a checking account with Chase which wasn't one of the options. I chose none of the above but it did have Bank of America as an option and now that I think about it I do have a BofA Credit card....could CCT meant all accounts???
Long story short, they say they cant verify my information. I called CCT and the girl said oh just try again with another user name but now it wont even let me answer questions, it immediately gives me an error. I told her that and she said she couldnt do anything about it....Has this happened to anyone else?
I realllllllly want CCT because it seems so much better than Myfico. I'm tired of waiting weeks for something to get updated. Even CK updated better than myfico.

this may be a bit of a long shot but it often works for me. Open up a private browser window on Chrome or Firefox and sign up with a different user name
Thanks for this info everyone. I was havi a hard time at first because the CCT system was recognizing my username as already existing from my EX credit tracker. Changed the username from my email address to something else and it worked like a charm. I'll be calling in for my retention offer on Tuesday!
If any of you have CreditKarma just for monitoring uses, has anyone noticed that their CK and CCT are within 10-15 points of each other? My TU was within 2 and my EQ within 12. Just a random observation and maybe just a coincidence.

CK uses vantage 3.0 scores. CCT uses FICO 08 scores. Any relation you find between them is coincidence. Mine can vary by more than 50 points at times.

Good luck! If they say no, then you'll be the first one that's had that happen that post here. So you're almost 100% certain of getting the $14.97 price for at least a year.
I've been using CCT for about 3 weeks now and have started receiving protection alerts for events that took place in June? Based on earlier reviews, I was under the impression CCT was a little better at quick protection alerts (new accounts opened, etc)?
