Re: CreditCheckTotal

I signed up yesterday to see if I liked it and I did.  Today,  I called and went thru the automated system to cancel and they offered me 50% off for 5 yrs and I accepted.  As others have said,  I hope they honor it.

Re: CreditCheckTotal

How do you use the automated system with no live rep option, It always transfers me to a live rep. WHat prompts did you use? They said I would have to cancel what I have them call a few days later in hopes to get the 5yr deal Smiley Sad

Re: CreditCheckTotal

Geez, I wouldn't have went through all that to get 5 years but the best tip I can give you is call to cancel late on a weekend when you're sure no one is there and that should do the trick. I called at 6:15 thinking they closed at 6 and would be gone but the automation eventually patched me into a real person. Call when you're sure no one is there.

But for everybody else, I understand wanting the 5 years, I wanted it too. However, I'll take my 1 year because a lot happens in a year let alone 5 and the worst case is you threaten to leave at the end of the year and they give you an extension. If not, there's always something better on the horizon.

I called 877-284-7942.  Listen for  "want to cancel",  I think it was #2 or 3,  then follow the instructions to verify who you are,  then he will offer you the %50 discount, and you can say accept and you are done.  It took less than a minute for me to complete.  Hope this helps.

Re: CreditCheckTotal

I *just* called the # on their website (866-506-7894) as the one above asked me to email to cancel. Went through verification and got 50% off for 5 years as you said. Thank you! Smiley Happy

Re: CreditCheckTotal

I called Credit Check Total (CCT) this morning (9/8/15 at 10am CST) using 1-866-506-7894 to fake cancel my membership and get the 50% off deal. I went through the verification process using the automated process and I got 50% off for the next 5 years. I'm in Texas. Smiley Very Happy

Re: CreditCheckTotal

@inverse
On CCT how do you reset daily and get the new Experian score pull, but not trigger the all three bureau pull?

Re: CreditCheckTotal

@Ronpa
Where and how can you get and see the daily Experian score pulls without triggering the 3B score pulls?

Screenshots would be great. Smiley Very Happy

When I log into CCT, it takes me to the "Overview" screen shown below.

Almost every time I log in for the first time of the day, it generates a new EX report.

In the upper left hand corner, you will see when the last EX report was generated.

Occasionally, it will have yesterdays's date and if this is the case, in the bottom, middle of the screen where my mouse is pointing, you can use that link to "refresh" EX
