I just looked and their front/landing page still refers to FICO scoring.

Yes, the daily score does say 'Fico 8'.

When I pulled my 3 Bureau report, it says 'Plus' score and not Fico 8.

Now when I look in the archived reports list, the past ones show Fico scores and this one show Plus scores in the title

The scores are almost exactly the same, but I have 1 and 2 point gains this time, normal for me.

I think it's a bug in their system. On the 4th and 27th of August, my 3 bureau pulls were labeled "Plus scores" but they lined up perfectly with my known Fico scores. All my other pulls before, inbetween, and after, have been labeled Fico.

I recall that they used to offer Plus, I think there's a bug in their system somewhere mislabeling it. Either that or those "Plus scores" are dead on with Fico for me.

I am beginning to think the same now, Gridium.  It looks like the report titles say Plsu when they should say Fico 8.  The biggest pitfall of reusing code from a previous system, you can move old code and screens to a new system when they should be redesigned.

Today's scores from the 3 bureaus is in the expected range for me.

I just called the CCT people.  They did the 'Mission Impossible' thing where they disavowed any knowledge of it.  She had me go to a different browser, log out and back in, etc.  She is submitting a ticket to their Tech Support group.  They should be contacting me about it and I'll report back.

Has to be a glitch. I noticed it the other day. Some places it says Fico and some places it says Plus. If I login It Says Fico. If I click on any of my reports, even Experian it says plus. At the bottom of the page it says order your 3 reports and Plus Scores...

I did call them earlier, they submitted a ticket to their tech support.

That's when I heard the Missison Impossible theme music in the background as they disavowed any knowledge of it not being Fico 8.

They are supposed to investigate and contact me with their results.

On the base page when I login, it shows Experian Fico 8 with my score, and it is the same.  When I view the 3B report from earlier today, it shows the Plus Score on every page, all 3 bureaus.  Always showed Fico 8 on all pages for me before today.

I'll post their answer.

I noticed plus scores too.  Exact same as my fico scores.  Daily ex still says fico but 3b reports say plus.

I'll be cancelling if they are no longer offering the FICOs.
