Just an update -
All of my subsequent daily reports from EX show 'Fico 8'.
I never heard from the tech support folks at CCT, but its only been 10 days (sarcasm)
I pulled a new 3 bureau report on 9/21/15 and it correctly showed Fico.
When I look at the archived reports list, it now shows all of them as Fico reports, INCLUDING the one that showed the Plus scores.
Not sure how they can change an archived report but it looks like they did.
Everything I have in CCT now shows Fico 8, as it should.
Never saw the issue myself. Pulled a 3B today and it says FICO, as have all my previous dailies and 3Bs.
Glad to hear it's apparently fixed for those who did have the issue.
We have tried calling and canceling using the automated system for my hubby but we never get the options because it says to email them if your calling to cancel. So we emailed them and still waiting to hear back.
Recently signed up for CCT after having Experian Credit Tracker since March. I like it so far but agree with others that I wish they had the nice app that ECT had. I originally called to ask is CCT was an Experian product because they looked so similar and when she told me they were I cancelled my ECT and signed on with CCT. She then offered me the 1 year deal for $14.95 when I said I would just do the the $1 trial. She even offered to lower the ECT to $9.95 a year instead of $21.95 but for my needs the CCT will work. I'm starting to get weary of the constand credit checking. But all 3 scores was just too good of a deal to pass up. Hopefully they get an app soon.

You should be too weary. I know it's intoxicating, and as of this morning I miss ECT's app. But I can't justify the $9.95 and CCT. CCT is a great bargain you can't beat. Just check it when you feel like it. You have 3 monthly pulls. I hope you weren't paying $21.95 for ECT.

Can you provide me with the correct number to call then? Ive tried several numbers that tell me to call when they are open. This is the number i have found but can't get automated system to cancel, also checked credit tracker site and they list the same number which is 1-877-284-7942 and 866-506-7894.
