uhh I have a quick question on the CCT reports.

 

When looking at a collection on a 3B report...on EQ it says:

 

Account Status: Open
Payment Status: Paid
Payment Status Details: Paid
 
What exactly is "Account Status"? I thought Open meant the account was "collectable", meaning it hasn't been paid? Is that reported incorrectly or does it mean something else? I don't really want to spend extra $$ getting a report from EQ if the Account Status as reported by CCT is something benign.

My billing date is the 19th, and my last pull was 9.30. The number of days for the free pulls has changed several times and currently says 4 days. I have no doubt that when, or before, that 4 days is up it will change again.

My last 3B pull was Sep-26th with the next one scheduled on Oct-10th, which has since been moved back twice. I've pulled none in October, so while it's possible the next one will be Nov-1st, as the CSR was suggesting, it's looking bleak. I'm doubting whether 3B pulls will ever be available again. My next rebill is the 13th, though will cancel around the 10th, if still no 3B by then.

 

Experian looks to be far more shady and sketchy than I'd ever imagine. And worse, one has to wonder what other glitches and security holes exist in their systems, if they can't even get CCT membership 3B pulls right; months to address the Plus display glitch. All in all, Experian deserves a F at the BBB. Will file a BBB complaint in Nov, and demand my 3B pull plus full refund for October. It's only $14.97, but there needs to be another public record of how Experian treats customers / can't maintain their systems.

 

Maybe I'll be surprised tomorrow and 3B pull will work and a refund issued for the current month ... it's fun to dream.

I was going to demand a refund but I already pulled twice this month so I'm not gonna try obviously. Also because I pulled twice (oct 2 and 4) I understand the next one not being until november.

After watching my countdown go from 18 to 10 to 1 day, I thought I would be able to pull a report this morning. I logged in to see a message of '8 days until'...

 

Huh?

 

When I initially saw the 18 day message I called and spoke with a supervisor. He looked in the system and gave an explanation for the 18 day timing and the billing cycle. And now it's changed.

More than enough credit.

wow they let you pull 2 and 4! I pulled Oct 1 and it said I had to wait til the 10 then switched the days. I hope I can get mine in 2 days I'm so irritated I just learned how to do the 3 pulls a month and they take it away

Props to CCT.  My EX went up today and didn't know until I randomly logged in.  MyFico EX is silent.

My last pull is supposed to be tomorrow. I am starting to regret getting ride of them, but my Ex hardly ever moves and I can get the other two off statements.

Don't get it... I was supposed to be able to pull today after they extended my pull date. The last time I was able to pull was September 26th. They changed me for a new month already. I went to pull this morning and now it says six more days. Thinking of filing a complaint with bbb. I paid for October and have not been able to pull yet.

I'll go you one better. Mine doesn't even give a number of days for a new 3B pull. It only gives me an option to purchase another one. Added to which my ex score has been static since October 8. It shows my paid down balances, decreased credit usage in the report, but the score is still 600. My next bill with them is November 14 and I plan on cancelling before then. I am so disappointed in this service.
