Re: CreditCheckTotal

Unbelievable. Not sure what I'm going to do. The service used to be good, but now... not sure I'm going to keep it. I have a feeling they are going to count my Sept. 26th pull as my pull of the month and not give me another untill October 27th.

Re: CreditCheckTotal

I am sure confused, and a bit frustrated. My number of days until next pull has changed a couple of times. It had said 8 days about a week ago, then when I checked yesterday it stated I have to wait 11 more days. This morning it says I need to wait 14 more days! It appears that the pull date literally keeps moving further and further away.

I wonder if they are wanting to see cancellations because of all the 50% off deals that were handed out....

Re: CreditCheckTotal

I suspect it has more to do with experien having to pay out for that tmobile fiasco. They are making us pay for it or rather trying to squeeze money out of us while cutting their cost so they can pay for the tmobile mess.

Re: CreditCheckTotal

Ok.  Let me make sure I understand the current CCT.  You get a 3B Fico report once per month for $24.95.  You may be able to finagle $14.95.  The report list your FICO 08 gen score and none of your other scores. In addition, you get your EX score daily. Is that the correct summation of the current CCT subscription?

Re: CreditCheckTotal

I'm so over CCT. According to their website,  I was supposed to get my 3b report today(it has changed twice). I finally just called them to confirm.  They are now saying I can pull my 3B on November 5th. I've canceled this account. Hopefully something comprable witll come along.

@bdhu

Yeppers on what you said, but it's $29.95 not $24.95 per month unless you work the cancellation system.

Plus, you get world class God awful customer service from CCT with 20-30 minute phone wait times or longer. When you email them they tell you they can't respond to your email (but they just did) and they tell you to call them.

Mine currently says 1 day. I'm pretty sure that when I login tomorrow, that will change again.

It really is musical chairs....

I reported above that yesterday my number of days jumped to 11.   I just logged in for today and now it is 12, so effectively they added yet another two days.  The goal posts literally seem to be moving further and further way, mid-game.  I don't get it.
