Re: CreditCheckTotal

Cct must be getting loads of complaints, I can't understand why they keep doing this unless they want us to cancel. Personally I already paid for October, but haven't pulled since September 26th. They keep moving up the date. I don't think they are going to let me pull until 10/26. I thought this wasn't supposed to go into effect until 10/9 so I don't know why they didn't let me pull then or at least when I paid in October. If I don't get it by October 26th I am canceling and filing a complaint with the bbb.

Re: CreditCheckTotal

Im ready to go fico scoreless for a while no point in paying for CCT anymore, i really miss 3 pulls a month. At the discount price its not a bad deal, but as of late i have no real use for it now. My scores have pretty much stabalized and im in garden mode. I wont be taking out a loan for anothe year. So its time let it go. CK will be enough to monitor my reports weekly.

Bye CCT. 3 pulls a month RIP. ;(

They sure do keep moving the date.  Mine has moved further back at least three times now - possibly four.  At this point it appears they want to make sure I don't even pull once a month.

Re: CreditCheckTotal

Last night I decided to sign myself up with the CCT,and today this time I called the customer service number and try to cancel my member service and they off me 50% off for 5 year membership. I guess this is a good deal. I am very happy with that.

Until you realize their membership is worthless and they will slash and change their product benefits whenever they feel like it.

Re: CreditCheckTotal

Not only did CCT change the amount of 3B's we could pull, they also started charging me the full amount of $30 without my knowledge or permission instead of the discounted amount of $15 they offered me when I was going to cancel. I did try to cancel in the hopes I would get offered that deal, but for them to change the amount without my knowledge or consent seriously p***es me off. I guess that's what I get for leaving myfico sub for something I thought was better and cheaper. Talk about karma lol!

Re: CreditCheckTotal

Were you ever billed the discounted price in the past?  Or did you recently try cancelling?

On a related topic, has anyone here been able to 3B pull after Oct-8th?

Re: CreditCheckTotal

I'm seriously pissed now.

This is the 3rd time now they have changed(added!) more days to the amount of days I must wait to pull my next 3B report. Today was supposed to be my next free pull, but now it says I need to wait ANOTHER 7 days! Who wants to bet money in a week this BS will change again?

Not only that, I paid for a full price extra 3B on Oct 14th because this companies' fd up system keeps adding more & more days, and it added an ADDITIONAL 2 weeks right after I paid for the extra 3B full price report! I still haven't received my 3B report for Oct which I've already paid for.

I can't imagine what they are doing is legal??

So to sum up:

1) I still haven't recieved my monthly 3B report for October, which I've already paid for.

2) I paid for a full price 3B report on Oct 14th because their system REFUSES to allow me to pull a report I'm CLEARLY paying for.

I'm waiting the 7 days it says, and if it still adds more time, the **bleep** is hitting the fan. In 3 days, it will already be over 1 month since I was allowed to pull a monthly 3B that I'm paying for.

I haven't been able to pull the monthly 3B report since befre Oct 8th. In 3 days, I'll have hit the month mark with no ability to free pull a 3B which means they are charging me for a service they are refusing to provide.

The only 3B report I could get was a full price one. Funny how their system works fine when they charge you full price outside of the monthly service I'm already paying for.

Re: CreditCheckTotal

I haven't been able to pull since Oct 1. On Oct 1 it said I had to wait 9 days to pull again even before they changed the policy.
