@Anonymous wrote:I haven't posted anything on here lately but I have been reading all of the replies. I'm very discouraged by CCT and my dates keep getting changed too. Allegedly in 3 days is my next 3 bureau pull. If it is pushed out once again, then I will also have a few words with them and cancel. I'm really not in a rebuilding phase right now and my scores are pretty much staying the same plus/minus a couple of points. I get a true FICO 8 with a couple of my credit cards too.
Too bad it's come to this. I did like the idea someone said if you really need to see your scores, pay the $1 then cancel it.
I've pulled 3 times in October doing this.
I was told by CCT that its one a month from your last 3B pull and if you decide to wait a few extra days then it would 30 days from that date. My next pull since they changed everything is Oct 31st but i am going to wait until the 1st then that will be my official 3b pull each and every month unless i decide to wait until say the 15th of nov then the next pull would be 30 days from that date, hope this helps with the confusion.

My last 3B subscription pull was Sept 29. Technically my last 3B pull was Oct 14, however that was an extra pull I paid full price for, so unless their system is even more fubar than I thought, that one shouldn't be counted as my last.
I was charged yesterday for my next month of service, and instead of being able to pull today/tomorrow, it went from 1 more day left, to now 8 more days left. This is now the 4th time in 30 days they have changed my time left, and as it currently stands, I cannot use a service I was billed for. Nowhere on their website does it state you cannot use their service for 8+ days after you pay for it. I've been a member for months now, and never had this problem until they decided to change things. I'll be calling tomorrow for them to either fix the system so I can actually use the product I'm paying for, or I'll be cancelling & demanding 2 months of payments back. I've never been able to use the service for Oct, even though I paid for it, and right after I pay for November, they change the date, yet again.
Complaining to CCT/Experian doesn't do much man, you need to shout from the internet mountain tops by filing complaints against CCT and Experian on places like...
www.consumerfinance.gov (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau - CFPB)
My first pull since Oct.5th is scheduled for tomorrow 10/30 after it's been pushed back once already.
I think it gets going to get pushed until Nov.5th for it to be 30 days from my last pull.
Last night i logged in, 1 day left. Cool finally get to pull a 3b.
This morning i log in. 9 days left. This is the third time this has happened to me. The number counts down then resets before you can do a pull.
Canceling as soon as the offices open. Worthless service now. Sad they gutted something so good.
Can someone please post the phone number where you can do the automated cancellation?
The thread as gotten so long its not easy to find.
The posted number 877-284-7942 is not an automated cancellation number.
Thanks!
EDIT: (866) 506-7894 is the automated cancel number
EDIT: Automated cancel number has been changed to you must speak to a person to cancel.

From what I understand, you still get a 3B pull and FICO 08 scores once per month. It's still a good deal, just not what you signed up for.
My last 3B pull was on Oct 1st so my next pull should be on Sunday and it is telling me 2 days before my next 3b pull so i will let you know if i get it, if I don't then they will be hearing from me!
One month since your last pull is annoying. It should be one per month, on whatever day of the month you choose. Or one per billing cycle. Or whatever.
Trying to remember how many days since your last pull and logging in to check if you are eligible and finding out you need to wait another day is GARBAGE.
