Re: CreditCheckTotal

Has anyone noticed you must wait 10 days between the 3 credit pulls? For me it's good because I was not waiting 10 days before and had a big lag before I could look again in the past.

Covered several times in this epic thread, change your browser.  Try using internet explorer to conduct the transaction.

Re: CreditCheckTotal

Does anyone remember how long it took to start receiving credit alerts? I signed up for this on Saturday and I haven't received an alert yet. Also, is it like myFico in that when you receive alerts if your score changes it shows you the updated score?

I believe you will start receiving alerts after the trial period.  I've been out of the trial period for about 2 weeks now and have received some alerts, but I'm receiving alerts from activity that happend back in June on my credit reports, so need to contact them yet on that strangeness.

There is an option in your protection settings to update you when your score reaches a certain level or changes in an increment specified by you.

Re: CreditCheckTotal

Something weird just happened. I just ordered it and called got the automated machine then was transferred to a person who told me I could only get it for a year at $14.97 and that it only included 1 3 bureau pull a month. I fought back and said I believe it's three but she insisted only one. I agreed to it for right now but I'm thinking of just cancelling it outright. Is anyone familiar with this?

Edit: called back and another lady said 3 times a month.

Gotta love misinformed reps. You'll get 3 like the second one told you.
