Re: CreditCheckTotal

I noticed that earlier. The plus scores shown on CCT match up with my scores on Myfico since I still have my membership active. Hopefully It's just a glitch, because if you go to the home page, the EX score still says "Fico 8"

Re: CreditCheckTotal

Everyone check your archived records, all of my other reports show FICO Score on the actual report in the upper left-hand corner. There D-day conversion today for my report shows like it does for others says Plus Score.

Re: CreditCheckTotal

I did go and grab the CCT when this thread started but I have since cancelled and gone back to the 3b here on MyFico. CCT was a good deal when I could pull the other bureaus multiple times a month but when it went down to once a month I figured I would rather have the more frequent updates and the more useful tools on MyFico.

Re: CreditCheckTotal

CCT switched from Plus to FICO 8 a few months ago. It's a display glitch that's existed for awhile, which comes and goes. Doesn't inspire much confidence in Experian - what else is broken; security issues. Regardless of the description, all scores are FICO 8. Scores shown have always matched FICO 8 scores checked elsewhere.

This has come up several times before.  It's just a labeling issue -- some kind of programming error.  The scores are real FICO scores.

Re: CreditCheckTotal

MIne is the same as yesterday, and it is a Fico 8 score.

Re: CreditCheckTotal

Yesterday 10/9 when I checked CCT it said something to the effect of pull your 3-Bureau Credit Report at no additional cost.

Now this morning when I log in it states:

3-Bureau Credit Report Refresh

21 days until you can refresh your 3-Bureau Credit Report with Scores at no additional cost.

I was told when I called CCT on 10/7 that I had two pulls remaining that I could do prior to the new change goinging into effect on 10/9/15. I pulled a report that night. But didn't bother to do one the next day, since nothing should have changed. The manager said that after 10/9 I could pull a report on any day, and that day would be when the new clock would start for my month, even though my membership renewal date is 10/15/15.

Now it says I have to wait 3 weeks, which would be the last day of the month. It seems I'll be caling them for clarification.

And yes to me this is still the best deal around. But that does not mean that CCT/EX is not guilty of miscommunication, confusion and poor planning in implementing this service change. Also, I got a survey from them two days ago which I will definitely use to communicate my displeasure with how the membership terms and conditions are/were changed.

Re: CreditCheckTotal

Yesterday, CCT status screen said 1 day until I could 3B pull. So I login today expecting to 3B pull, and now the status screen says 9 more days!

Hoping CCT allows me to pull on the 19th verses moving the date out even further. If I can't 3B pull at least once by next renewal, CCT is bye, bye.
