CreditKarma updates every 4 days or so

Is this normal?

My CK updates about every 4 days, but sometimes it only updates every 7 days. I know it use to be strictly every 7 days only.

My wife's CK only updates every 7 days, never earlier.  

I'm assuming it's because I am having a lot of changes to my CR's lately?

Sounds right. If changes are happening you should get instant alerts. I know with my Experian, if there is a change they will actually let me see my updated report that day.

More changes = more frequent updates.  If you have nothing going on with your profile, 7 days is pretty standard for updates from CK.
