I sent a certified letter to a collection agency requesting to pay the balance in full at 70%, over two weeks ago. I have not received an answer from them via mail or phone. What should I do now.
Give them 30 days. If you do not hear back, send a follow-up letter (be bold but polite) and include a copy of the return receipt from your orginal corrspondance.
