Creditors in Credit Report Adding Notes: Affected by Natural Disaster

I recently checked my TransUnion credit report. I notice on some accounts at the very end of those accounts is a note section. On a few of my accounts, it has the words AFFECTED BY NATURAL DISASTER. A few just has AND (Affected by Natural Disaster.

Does anyone know what this means or why it would be placed on certain creditor reports?

California recently had two wild fires (Ventura and Santa Clarita Valley) and in Oceanside. I am right smack on the middle of these locations but far away they had no bearing on myself or property.
