Current best Credit Monitoring for all 3 with at least 1 score each month

I know I have asked this and others also, but I have been out of the market for about 6 months and wondering if there are any new players that are the best I use to have the American Express one but for some reason can't seem to get logged into that one without being a cardmember which I'm just added.

HA I love AMEX, I called them and stated I really wanted there program, they attached my social to my secondary card and boom, it allowed me to enroll in the credit monitoring in under 30 seconds!

 The scores you get are the Experian PLUS score for all three CRAs?  Or do you get FICOs for EQ and TU, and PLUS for EX?
