@Anonymous .You are welcome. Here is more info. Checking APY is 3%, down from original 4%.
i contacted them about this a few days ago and was told that the company that does the report had an error and it would be updated that day or the next. it updated the next day. now, if we can just get them to update our bureau reports. *sigh* always something w dcu. lol
Yes they have been having reporting inconsistencies last couple months.
When I called to speak to them about it, they blamed covid.
Rep claimed they were overwhelmed with having to report forbearances and modifications accurately .
The fact that they are a small outfit, and I've had other unrelated issues with them, I'm calling B.S.!
Does anyone know if you still need a credit product to receive the monthly score? I came across a pretty old thread that stated you did need one to get the scoring. I just have a savings account currently. After reading this thread (thanks to DaveInAZ for steps to find where they buried it!), I was able to register / enable it via "Manage account > Services" but it hasn't populated anything yet. I could just be impatient or it could be related to the delays other existing members are experiencing.
@DeschutesMyVaronis. No credit products required. Scores usually arrive at the end of the month.

Awesome! Thank you for confirmation. I'll just be patient now.
Hi All! For the second month, I've not received my DCU credit score. Has anyone else experienced this? I haven't made any changes on my Equifax accout since it first reported my score in January. Thanks!
I received the following message:
Thank you for your interest in DCU's Free FICO Score. Unfortunately, Equifax was unable to verify the required information necessary to provide a credit score for you.
There are a few reasons this may have happened. The first thing to do is to verify that your personal information (name and address) are listed correctly in Online Banking. Has that information recently changed? Another reason is that you have not had a loan that has been reported to the credit bureau for at least six months.

No, they have been appearing on the 25-29th of each month, including March.

They appear between 6 and 8 a.m. ET on the last Friday of the month for me. @credit8502020, do you have a freeze on your credit profile or some type of dispute with an account on your profile? That's the only thing that I can think of. What changed with your accounts about 2 months ago? It sounds like this is when it started.
