DCU hasn't reported my accounts for 3 months

I was just reviewing my reports. I noticed DCU hasn't reporting my credit card and auto loan balances since June. I've been a member for at leats 6-7 years and never had this happen. Has anyone else experienced this with a lender and do you think me giving then a call would get my accounts updated

Is on all 3 CRA? If it's only on TransUnion that sometimes is the case (being delayed) just give some time and it will be updated.

Re: DCU hasn't reported my accounts for 3 months

Actually, looking at the balance, EQ hasn't updated since May, June for EX and August for TU. That's for the credit card.

My auto loan is reporting paid on EX (the balance is actually 99 cents.  Really, it is Smiley Happy ). TU hasn't updated the balance since June and EX hasn't updated since May.

My reporting from Digital, for the last few months, has been completely haywire. Today it just reported the balance from a month ago, which is closer than it's been for awhile.

I only have an auto loan with DCU and I've noticed this as well - TU hasn't updated since July, EQ hasn't updated since June. Strange and annoying, especially EQ since EQ is the score they provide you and pull for credit apps.

Re: DCU hasn't reported my accounts for 3 months

I called DCU today. The person I spoke with said they had a problem with reports being update. They have corrected that so everything should be back to normal soon.  She actually said within 45 days but I figure that's a timeframe they have to say to be on the safe side.

Re: DCU hasn't reported my accounts for 3 months

My Dcu usually reported my balance from 1st or 31st... It wouldn't hit until the 15th.
Last 3 months they have been at least a month behind. I too just got my balances reported for last month.(August)
