DCU verification a little creepy!

I was app'ing for a DCU account and when it got to the verification screen it asked me "what town did (my brothers name) recently buy property in>?

and it knew my friggen brothers name and that he just bought a house in that town!

he just bought it and moved there two months ago!?!? 

how the hell did DCU know:

a. He is my brother?

b. where he bought property?

I have never been on an AU of his or any other type of co-sign etc.  and we haven't had the same address in almost 30 years... 

and they didn't like respond with this a week later or anything.. it was INSTANT as part of the app process...

and if it's wrong, they still think they know everything! think it's hard to get a dispute in your favor with one of the cra's, try disputing with these guys.
