DOFD ?

DOFD is the issue because I want it to fall of WHEN IT SHOULD.  My last payment to them was Feb of 2005. 

Date of REPO was 4/05 or 5/05. 

This may seem silly to you, but I want my reports to get clean ASAP, and I shouldn't have to wait any longer than necessary.

My question is how do I get EQ to do what they are suppose to do here?

Yes I was very late.  And it got repo'd.  But it got repo'd in April or possibly even May, but definitely not October when I filed for BK.  The truck was LOOONNNG gone by then.

So I'm fine w/ an April/May DOFD but not October.
