Does anyone know exactly how the Date of Last Activity is determined?  I have different DOLAs for accounts discharged as IIB.

Google SOL for your state.  Some consider DOLA the last time a payment was made or the last time you used your card.  It is the last activity on the card, no matter what it was.

Should also point out the EQ uses DOLA for the Delete date-
