I sent out 3 on Sept 13 CMRRR

First resonse is in from CA: Portfolio Acquisitions, LLC  OC: Sprint/Nextel

"Please be advised that the account referenced above has been closed and will be deleted from the credit bureau during our next reporting cycle"

etc, etc, etc - apologizing and offering further assistance.

Now - can I use this if they sell it and it shows up with another CA?  They did not validate the debt - just took it off.  Guess I can always DV again.

I will pull my CRs when the 30 days from receipt are all up and then send in disputes if necessary.

Be careful they may be happy to delete because it was already sold and they should of already removed baddie but you caught them first. Just happened to me!

I used Tuscani's letter (BTW, he is VERY eloquent!) that is in this forum somewhere... if someone can locate the link for you, I would be grateful.
