DV for multiple accts with same CA

If a CA has multiple accounts of yours, can you send one DV, including all the account numbers? Or would you have to send separate DVs for each account?

You want to be able to handle each on it's own merits --and what if they can't validate an account - clearer timeline if they are separate.
